Ice Skating Party for Tweens and Healthy Winter Bento Box ♥

My step Aunt Kira from European Cutie made these supercute winter bento boxes for my friend's and I for my ice skating party! Supercute and her article got featured in the best tween magazine OMGirls magazine! ♥

Ice skating can provide a good cardiovascular workout and will help to increase your endurance and strengthen muscles. In addition to these physical benefits, ice skating can also enhance your mental fitness and self-confidence. In one article I read just recently, medical experts ranked 30 minutes of ice skating third among 12 forms of exercise based on its contribution to stamina, flexibility, muscle definition and digestion. Assuming a body weight of 150 lbs, skating at 9 mph or less, burns approximately 374 calories per hour.

So go ahead grab your girlfriend’s and get out to your nearest ice skating rink! ♥

Ingredients ♥

1 Orange (Lil Cutie’s)
2 slices Mozzarella or Swiss Cheese
1 cup Popcorn
1 tbsp Sprinkles ( Snowflakes)
2 slices Wheat bread
1 Cookie cutter circle
1 Cookie cutter snowflake

Directions ♥

It’s so easy to make your healthy winter bento box, put in fruits and veggies like oranges, grapes, then cut circles out of wheat bread, and with a snowflake shaped cookie cutter cut out cheese to resemble supercute snowflakes! Then pop up some popcorn and add snowflake sprinkles! ♥

A Fun Snack and a Great New App! ♥

Hi everyone sorry I haven't posted in awhile, I have a fun new snack recipe I got from my Aunt Kira the European Cutie.. and she brought me this fun app! ♥

Here is a video on this fun app, I maybe a tween, but I think even girls my age would have fun with this app! It is by Spritekids.

Anya, the little star of Talking Anya Dress Up & Pet Puppies, by Game Center, is so adorable! For one thing, she’s ticklish and does the Macarena. How cute is that? I put my phone down for a minute to do something else and she said, “You’re not playing with me.”

I think this is a good app for little girls too, my friend Natalie's little sister loved it!

Talking Anya Dress Up & Pet Puppies works with the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

Talking Anya is loved by her little users and has a Facebook fan following of 26K Likes, if you wish, please like her Facebook page here

Now here is a fun snack I promised that ties in with this review .....

To tie into the dogs theme, here is a cute recipe for healthy skinny mini corn dog muffins!

These are adapted from my Step Aunt Kira the European Cutie .. here is the recipe aren't these supercute?

Ingredients ♥
¾ cup Corn Meal
1¼ cup flour
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup 1% milk
1 egg beaten
¼ – ⅓ cup honey
3-4 turkey hot dogs

Instructions ♥

Put all ingredients, except the hot dogs, into a bowl. Mix well with a whisk until well combined. Drizzle in honey on top of batter.
Cut up hot dogs to your desired size. Place in greased muffin tins.
Scoop out batter with a measuring cup and pour batter over hot dogs and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are starting to turn golden brown.
Serve warm with ketchup and mustard. Reheats well!

watermelon nails and diy fruit pops ♥

Hi everyone here is my first post hope you like it!  A diy for watermelon nails.. so cute! and a recipe for yummy watermelon pops! ♥

watermelon nails....

Supplies:
  • Coral, bright pink or red nail polish
  • Green nail polish
  • French manicure nail stickers
  • Black acrylic paint
  • Toothpick
  • Clear nail polish

1. Paint pink/red base coat. Allow to dry.

2. Tape off the tips with the french manicure stickers.

3. Paint tips green.

4. Remove tape strips. Either take them off when the paint is really fresh or after it has dried for a long time, otherwise it will make the edges furry.

5. Use a toothpick to add a black dot in the middle of your nail. Use the opposite tip to drag the dot to a point making a teardrop shape. Repeat putting three "seeds" on each toenail. I did not do seeds on my pinky toenails because they are tiny.

6. Cover with a clear coat to add shine and protection.
